This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has

been preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking fair and

impartial investigation in the FIR No.208/2021 of Police Station

Bali, Distt. Pali.

After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on

instructions, he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition,

however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to raise all his defence

along with the supportive evidence before the Investigating

Officer.

Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty sought for.

It is expected that if any such representation is filcer shall

consider the sameed by the petitioner along with supportive

evidence before Investigating Officer, the Investigating Offi

objectively and thereafter proceed further strictly in accordance

with law.
