Judgment / Order

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-725/2022]

14/02/2022

This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 CrPC

has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to give

directions to the police authorities to provide them police

protection.

After attempting to argue the matter on merit for

quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has

submitted that he does not want to press this criminal

misc. petition, however, seeks liberty for the petitioners

to move an appropriate representation before the

Superintendent of Police, Pali ventilating their grievances.

The criminal misc. petition is, therefore, dismissed

as not pressed.

However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to move

an appropriate representation before the Superintendent

of Police, Pali. If any such representation is moved by

the petitioners, the Superintendent of Police, Pali shall

consider the same objectively.

The stay petition is also dismissed.
