Judgment / Order

09/02/2022

This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has

been preferred on behalf of the petitioners with a prayer for

quashing the complaint/proceedings filed by the respondent Nos.2

and 3.

In this misc. petition it is averred that respondent Nos.2 and

3 have filed a complainant against the petitioners at Police Station

Bhichiwada, District Dungarpur and the police are adamant to

harass the petitioner.

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-299/2022]

It is noticed that no specific date has been mentioned in this

misc. petition that on which date the complaint has been filed by

the respondent Nos.2 and 3 and on which date the police have

pressurized the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to

produce the copy of the alleged complaint and to inform this Court

whether any FIR has been registered by the complainant or not.

In view of the absence of the any details regarding

complainant, I do not find any case for interference in this criminal

misc. petition.

Hence, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed.

Stay petition is also dismissed.
