A letter dated 20.01.2022 has been received from Additional

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rent Control Tribunal, Jodhpur

Metropolitan, Jodhpur, seeking extension of time for disposal of

the Case No.211/2017 (Ghanshyam Israni Vs. Smt. Neeta Chawla)

pending before him, in terms of the order dated 29.01.2021

passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1627/2021. It

has been stated in the said letter that about 70 to 75 cases are

pending consideration, in which directions have been issued for

early disposal, for this reason the case no.211/2017 could not be

disposed of within the stipulated period.

Perused the letter.

In the order dated 29.01.2021, the court below was given

eight months' time for disposal of the above mentioned case.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this

Court deems it appropriate to grant further six months' time to

the court below for disposal of the Case No.211/2017.

The Writ Misc Application is disposed of accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent immediately to the court below

for necessary compliance.
