This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners
with a prayer to give direction to the police authorities to provide
them police protection.
After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite
some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that
he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition, however,
seeks liberty for the petitioners to move an appropriate
representation before the Superintendent of Police, Bhilwara
ventilating their grievances.
The criminal misc. petition is, therefore, dismissed as not
pressed.

However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to move an
appropriate representation before the Superintendent of Police,
Bhilwara. If any such representation is moved by the petitioners,
the Superintendent of Police, Bhilwara shall consider the same and
take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law.
The stay petition is also dismissed.
