Order

24/02/2022

No one is present for the petitioner. On the previous occasion

on 14.12.2021 also, counsel was absent. Petitioner has challenged

the result of RJS Examination-2018. Counsel for the respondents

submitted that the entire recruitment process has been completed

long back and selected candidates have also been appointed. They

also pointed out that the Division Bench of this Court in the

judgment dated 18.07.2019 in case of Arti Meena Versus

Rajasthan High Court, D.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.10022/2019 has dealt with all issues concerning the said

(2 of 2) [CW-8097/2019]

examination including the one which the petitioner has raised in

the petition.

One side issue raised by the petitioner is of not being aware

of the time passing during the written examination. We find no

merit in this grievance.

In the result, petition is dismissed.
