Judgment / Order

10/02/2022

In the grab of habeas corpus petition, the petitioner seeks a

direction from the Court that he should be allowed to meet his mother,

who is presently residing with his sister.

Irrespective of the tenability of any such claim to have visitation

rights to meet mother, we are of the view that this petition is not

maintainable and is utterly misconceived in law and is, therefore,

dismissed though with liberty to the petitioner to work out such remedy

as may be available under the law to seek visitation rights.
