same is allowed. In the order of this Court dated 21.09.2021, the

date of judgment in case of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5405/2012

be read as 12.05.2014 instead of 12.02.2015.

This order may be treated as part and parcel of the order

dated 21.09.2021.
