In view of the judgment passed by Hon'ble the Supreme
Court in the case of G.J. Raja v. Tejraj Surana [(2019) 19 SCC
469] wherein the effect of Section 143(A) of the Negotiable
Instruments Act has been observed as prospective in nature, thus,
this Court is inclined to interfere in the matter.
Heard.
Issue notice to the respondent, returnable by 07.03.2022.
Till then the effect and operation of the order dated
15.03.2019 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Bayana, Bharatpur shall remain stayed.
