Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed one

application for extension of order dated 21.11.2019.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is

allowed, in the light of Apex Court judgment titled as Asian

Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. Vs. Central

Bureau of Investigation reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.

Learned counsel further submits that a short

controversy involved in the matter and the same can be

considered for final disposal on the next date of hearing. Learned

counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.

Under these facts and circumstances, this court deems

it appropriate to extend the interim order to continue till the next

date.
