This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking

appointment on the post of Pre-Primary Teacher in pursuance of

advertisement dated 21.08.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that

controversy involved herein is no more res integra and stands

covered by a judgment of this Court dated 17.01.2022 passed in

S.B. Civil Writ Petition 13209/2020, Archana Bugaliya &

Ors. VS. RSSB & Ors. and prays that this writ petition may also

be decided in terms thereof.

In view thereof, this writ petition is also dismissed in view of

dismissal of the writ petition in case of Archana Bugaliya & Ors.
