07/12/2022 The matter comes up on an application (1/2022) filed by the

petitioner seeking disposal of this writ petition in terms of

direction issued by this Court vide its order dated 23.01.2022 in

case of Nandkishore vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.:

SBCWP No.20132/2019 and other connected matters.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question

involved in the instant writ petition as to his entitlement for

minimum of the pay scale on the post of Electrician, is no more

res integra and stands resolved by a co-ordinate Bench order of

this Court dated 23.01.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid

case which in turn was based on judgment on this Court dated

(2 of 2) [CW-12414/2021]

25.02.2021 passed in SBCWP No.20587/2018: Rajendra &

Ors. vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and prays for disposal of the

writ petition in terms thereof.

Learned counsel for the respondents did not dispute the

aforesaid proposition.

In view thereof, the application deserves to be allowed.

The application is allowed accordingly. The writ petition is

disposed of in terms of directions contained in the order dated

25.02.2021 passed by this Court in case of Rajendra & Ors.

(supra) which shall apply mutatis mutandis to this case also.
