Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly conceded before

the court that the controversy involved in the present revision

petition is squarely covered by an order of the Coordinate Bench

of this Court dated 20.04.2017 in STR No. 29/2017 alongwith the

connected matters.

Considering the said submission, the issue in the present

revision petition is no more res integra as it is covered by the

judgment referred above, this court deems it appropriate to

dismiss the present revision petition.

Accordingly, the present revision petition is dismissed. Stay

application and all other pending applications are also dismissed.
