judgment passed by this Court in Pharisa Promrin & Ors. Vs.

State of Rajasthan (S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.3266/2019),

decided on 06.09.2019.

Issue notice.

Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of the

State-respondent and seeks some time to complete his

instructions.

Time prayed for is allowed.

List after eight weeks.

In the meanwhile, the petitioners shall not be arrested in

connection with FIR No.186/2022 lodged at Police Station Guda

Endla, District Pali. However, the petitioners shall be required to

join the investigation immediately.
