These two appeals have been filed on behalf of the

appellants under Section 19 of the Hindu Marriage Act against the

common judgment and decree dated 27.04.2022. The appeals are

delayed by 53 days. Thus, applications under Section 5 of the

Limitation Act have been filed in both the appeals.

Shri Pradeep Shah, learned counsel representing the

respondents does not object to the delay being condoned.

Thus, the applications are accepted. The delay is condoned.
