Appellant has moved an application under Section of the
Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay of 59 days.
Since the impugned judgment was passed during the period of
Pandemic Covid-19, the delay is condoned. Hence, the application
stands allowed.
Another application (I.A. No.1/2022) has been filed under Section
149 C.P.C. seeking deficit court fee on record and overruling the defect
pointed out by the Office.
For reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
The defect pointed pointed out by the Office is overruled and the
additional court fee paid by appellant is taken on record.
Office to check and proceed.
