1. Corpus has been produced before this Court.

2. As per the school record, the date of birth of corpus is

22.04.2005. Corpus is a minor girl, who has issues with going with

her father, the present petitioner.

3. Since corpus is a minor girl and is not wishing to go with the

petitioner, we deem it proper to direct the Investigating Officer to

deposit the corpus with the Balika Grah, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur.

4. Balika Grah, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur is directed not to permit

anyone to meet the corpus other than the parents.

5. The corpus should be retained in the Balika Grah, Gandhi

Nagar, Jaipur till she attains majority i.e. 22.04.2023. However, if

during the intervening period, the corpus wishes to go with her

parents, she may be sent with her parents, after necessary

verification.

6. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of.

7. Copy of this order be provided to the Assistant Government

Advocate for due compliance. Copy of this order be also sent to

the Superintendent of Balika Grah, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur.
