Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the
impugned order dated 09.06.2015 has been passed by the
Rajasthan State Information Commission, Jaipur imposing penalty
under Section 20 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 without
finding the Officer guilty in any respect of not furnishing the
requisite information.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by
letter dated 06.05.2015, due intimation was sent to the
Information Commission of providing the requisite information to
the non-petitioner.
Learned counsel submitted that in spite of such fact
being brought into the notice of the Chief Information
Commission, the impugned order dated 09.06.2015 has been
passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on a
judgment passed by the Apex Court in the case of Manohar Vs.
State of Maharashtra reported in [(2012)13 SCC 14].
Issue notice of the writ petition as well as stay
application, returnable on 23.08.2022. Notices be given 'dasti', as
prayed.
