1. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the

matter has been settled by the Division Bench of this Court in the

case of Assistant Commissioner Vs. Pawan Bansal (D.B.

Sales Tax Revision/Reference NO.85/2021) decided on

21.01.2022.

2. The issue involved in this petition is no more res-

integra as the same has been decided by the Division Bench of

this Court in the case of Pawan Bansal (supra).

3. We find no reason to take different view.

4. Accordingly, the present Sales Tax Revision Petition is

dismissed in the light of the above judgment.

5. Stay application stands disposed of.
