The petitioner has moved the present application(01/2022)

inter alia seeking extension of interim order dated 13/01/2022 by

indicating that notwithstanding the interim order passed by this

Court, the trial Court is proceeding with the matter in light of

judgment dated 28.03.2018 of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case

of Asian Resurfacing of Road Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. V/s CBI.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are

allowed and the interim order passed by this Court on 13/01/2022

is extended till next date.
