Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to

press this third bail application, however, has submitted that

as the petitioner is in custody since 2.8.2018, the trial court

may be directed to expedite the trial.

Accordingly, this third bail application is dismissed as not

pressed.

However, as the petitioner is in custody from the year

2018, it is expected that the trial court shall expedite the

trial.
