The instant revision is directed against the judgment

dated 24.04.2018 passed by the Rajasthan Tax Board, Ajmer,

whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated

31.08.2012 was rejected.

Learned counsel Mr. Hemant Dutt, representing the

petitioner, candidly concedes that the controversy involved in this

revision is squarely covered by the order dated 28.07.2022

passed by this court in D.B. Sales Tax Reference/Revision

No.23/2018 [Assistant Commissioner, Commercial Taxes

Officer Vs. M/s. National Metals Ltd., Jodhpur] on facts as

well as in law.

In view of the above, the instant revision fails and is

hereby dismissed as the same does not involve any substantial

question of law and also as the same lacks in merit.
