Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This Hon'ble Court vide order dated 12.03.2019 while issuing

notice, pleased to frame substantial questions of law. The effect

and operation of the judgment of learned lower Appellate Court

was also ordered to be remain in abeyance. The interim order is

continuing since 12.03.2019.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the interim

order dated 12.03.2019 is made absolute till final hearing of the

matter.
