Learned counsel for the petitioner-institution has

placed reliance on the order dated 6.1.2022 passed by

the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Shri Vinayaka

Mission Medical & Education Society Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No.17202/2021) and

(2 of 2) [CW-5337/2022]

submitted that in the identical writ petition, this Court

has already directed the respondents to allow the

petitioner-institution to admit the students in M.Sc. (N)

Course provisionally.

In view of the above, meanwhile, in case due fees is

deposited, the respondents shall permit the petitioner-

institution to provisionally participate in the future

ongoing counseling for M.Sc. (N) Course for the academic

session 2021-22 with intake capacity of (a) Medical

Surgical Nursing with 10 seats; (b) Psychiatric Nursing

with 05 seats; (c) Pediatric Nursing with 05 seats; OBG

Nursing with 05 seats and (e) Community Health Nursing

with 10 seats.

Admission granted to the students in the above- referred course pursuant to this interim order shall be

provisional and intimation to this effect and pendency of

the writ petition shall be reflected by the petitioner-

institution on its website so also while giving admission to

the students.

List after two weeks.
