Meanwhile and till the next date, effect and operation of the

judgment and decree dated 23.12.2021 passed by the Additional

(2 of 2) [CFA-85/2022]

District Judge No.5, Bikaner in Civil Original Suit No.230/18 shall

remain stayed.

The respondents are also restrained from creating any right

of the property in favour of any other person.
