dismissal of his civil suit for damages, mesne profits and

permanent injunction as also for demolition of construction vide

judgment dated 03.02.2021 passed by Additional District Judge

No.2, Jaipur Metropolitan I, in civil suit No.120/2011 (CIS

No.774/2014).

Heard counsel for appellant.

Appeal is admitted.

Issue notice to respondents.

Call for the record.

In the meanwhile, respondents are restrained from

transferring the property in question.
