Heard.

The only reason for seeking review of the order dated

16.09.2020 is that the applicant apprehend that he may not be

afforded an opportunity of hearing.

Vide order dated 16.09.2020, all that has been done by this

Court is to allow the writ petitioner to submit representation

before the PLPC and disposal of the same within the stipulated

period. This Court has not commented upon the merits of the

case.

It is stated that the representation of the writ petitioner has

not been decided till date. To dispel any apprehension in the mind

of the applicant, we may clarify that the applicant herein would be

entitled to an opportunity of hearing before any decision is taken

in the matter.

With the said clarification, the application is closed.
