Learned Public Prosecutor seeks time to file reply to the

application for suspension of sentence.

It has been submitted that the appellant has been

sentenced with a fine of Rs.2,81,600/- for offence under Section

135 of the Indian Electricity Act and in default he has been

directed to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 30 days.

Record of the case be summoned.

List after four weeks.

The impugned judgment of sentence of fine shall

remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
