1. Petitioner has preferred this Misc. Petition under Section 482

Cr.P.C. for quashing the FIR No. 718/2021 registered at police

Beawar City, Ajmer.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the report that

police has come to the conclusion that offence is not made out

and they would be submitting negative final report before the

Court.

3. Report submitted by learned Public Prosecutor is taken on

record.

4. I have considered the contentions.

5. In view of the fact that police has come to the conclusion

that offence is not made out, hence, the Criminal Misc. Petition

seeking quashing of FIR has become infructuous.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Misc. Petition is dismissed as

having become infructuous.

7. Stay application stands disposed.
