1. Petitioners have preferred this criminal misc. petition under

Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the F.I.R. No.367/2021

registered at Police Station Gudha, District Jhunjhunu.

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that parties are

living in same localities and they have amicably settled their

dispute. A compromise in this regard has been filed before the

Court.

3. Complainant and the injured are present in person in the

Court, who have no objection to quashing of the F.I.R. and they do

not wish to proceed further with the F.I.R.

4. I have considered the contentions.

5. In view of the fact that parties have entered into a

compromise and they do not wish to proceed further with the

F.I.R. Criminal Misc. Petition deserves to be allowed.

6. Accordingly, Criminal Misc. Petition is allowed and F.I.R.

No.367/2021 registered at Police Station Gudha, District

Jhunjhunu is quashed.

7. Stay application also stands disposed of.

8. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned S.H.O.
