This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging

the order dated 24.08.2018 passed by the Central Administrative

Tribunal Jodhpur Bench, Jodhpur in O.A. Nos.47/2017 and

48/2017. The petitioner has also challenged the order dated

19.09.2018 passed by the CAT in RA No.4/2018.

It is noticed that challenge to the order dated 24.08.2018 in

O.A. No.48/2017 was laid before this Court by the petitioner and

the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 09.07.2019

(2 of 2) [CW-10913/2021]

in DB Civil Writ Petition No.3798/2019 has rejected the said

challenge by dismissing the above referred writ petition.

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances

of the case, we do not find any merit in this case and the same is,

therefore, dismissed.
