This special appeal has been preferred by the State being

aggrieved with the order dated 15.12.2017 passed by the learned

Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.37/2016.

Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in this appeal is squarely covered by the

decision of this Court dated 4.1.2020 rendered in D.B. Spl. Appl.

Writ No.576/2018 (State of Rajasthan and Ors. Vs. Smt. Twarita

Gehlot) and other connected appeals.

In view of the above, the application under Section 5 of the

Limitation Act is allowed and the delay of 358 days in filing this

special appeal is condoned.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Special

Appeal is disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court dated

4.1.2020 rendered in D.B. Spl. Appl. Writ No.576/2018 (State of

Rajasthan and Ors. Vs. Smt. Twarita Gehlot) and other connected

appeals.
