1. Mr. Singhal, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

petitioners would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to

consider petitioners' legal notice dated 05.10.2021, in accordance

with law.

2. The present writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a

direction to the respondent to consider notice dated 05.10.2021

sent by their counsel within a period of 15 days from placing a

certified copy of the order instant, particularly in relation to

providing copy of the statement and grant waiver of interest in

(2 of 2) [CW-14776/2021]

terms of the Hon'ble the Supreme Court's judgment in Writ

Petition (C) No.476/2020 decided on 23.03.2021.

3. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

petitioners' representation has been issued only with a view to

ensure expeditious redressal of petitioners' grievance. The same

may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation

in a particular manner.

4. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
