     In the wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, the

Court is functioning virtually and abundant caution is being

maintained for the safety of all concerned.

     Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is going to

retire 31.08.2023 thus, made a prayer to not to give effect to his

                                   transfer order and has further relied upon Division Bench

                                   judgment of this Court in Dr. Pushpa Mehta vs. Rajasthan Civil

                                   Services Appellate Tribunal & Ors., reported in RLW 2000(1)

                                   (Raj.) 233.

                                        Issue notice to the respondents.

                                        Mr. Vishal Jangid, Dy. GC, accepts notice on behalf of

                                   respondent no.1 to 5. Notice, thus, is required to be issued to

                                   respondent no.6 only, returnable within a period of four weeks.

                                        In the meanwhile, effect and operation of orders dated

                                   25.09.2021    (Annex.3)         and      04.10.2021          (Annex.4)   qua   the

                                   petitioner shall remain stayed.
