The petitioner desires that suffix of 'Dr.' may be indicated

before his name in the service record. The learned Single Judge

has dismissed the writ petition, upon which, this appeal is filed.

In our opinion, this is entirely a cosmetic issue and has no

implication on the petitioner's service career and is not even

justiciable.

The appeal is dismissed.
