Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the

appellants have already preferred a writ petition challenging the

order of cancellation of the allotment of the land of Late Kala

Singh as well as the subsequent orders passed by the Revenue

Board and that writ petition is pending, therefore, this appeal may

kindly be adjourned.

Learned counsel for the private respondent No.4 has

opposed the prayer.

Taking into consideration the above facts, let this appeal be

listed after eight weeks.
