18/10/2021 As per letter dated 21.09.2021 as received from Special

Judge, NDPS No.1, District Chittorgarh, supplement charge-sheet

in regard co-accused Nanalal and Ors. have been filed for hearing

in Sessions Case No.10/16 titled as 'State of Rajasthan Vs. Vikram

Singh' earlier decided on 28.03.2018.

Record of learned Trial Court is required for hearing in regard

other co-accused.

Learned counsel for the appellant and learned Public

Prosecutor requested to send back record received in Criminal

Appeal No. 399/18 title as 'Vikram Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan',

therefore, record be send back to the learned Trial Court with the

direction that trial Court shall expedite the trial in regard co-

accused Nanalal and Ors. and send back the record to this Court

after passing of judgment.
