Learned for the petitioner does not want to press

this writ petition, however, seeks liberty for the petitioner

to move an appropriate representation before the

respondent - University. It is further prayed that the

respondent - University be directed to decide the

representation of the petitioner expeditiously.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed

as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to move an

appropriate representation before the respondent -

University for ventilating his grievances.

It is expected that if any such representation is filed

by the petitioner within ten days from today, the

respondent - University shall consider and decide the

same strictly in accordance with law.
