Since nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner, on several

occasion, This Court has dismissed the writ petition vide order

dated 07.01.2020 for non-prosecution, however, the same was

restored vide order dated 06.02.2020.

Today also, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It

seems that the petitioner is not interested in contesting the

matter.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
