1. Petitioner has preferred this misc petition seeking quashing

of FIR No.236/2021 registered at Police Station Atroo, District

Baran.

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that parties are

neighbours and parties have amicably settled their disputes.

3. Counsel for the complainant has not disputed the above facts

that parties have amicably settled their disputes.

4. I have considered the contentions.

5. Parties are neighbours and the dispute between the parties

has been resolved to maintain peace and harmony, I deem it

proper to allow the misc. petition.

6. Hence, the misc. petition is allowed. Proceedings pending in

FIR No.236/2021 registered at Police Station Atroo, District Baran

is quashed.

7. Stay application stands disposed.
