Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

entitlement of the petitioners, who are working as Pump Driver,

for grant of second selection grade in the pay scale of 1400-2600

(5000-8000), is no more res integra and stands settled by a co-

ordinate bench judgment of this Court dated 29.01.2018 passed in

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.183/2018, Roop Narayan Saini

Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., which has been followed by this

Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9866/2018, Ramji Lal

Saini & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and other

connected writ petitions decided by this Court vide order dated

23.05.2018.

Learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to

dispute the aforesaid legal position. However, he prays for and is

granted time to complete the instructions.
