Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

Respondent No.1/4 has not been served so far.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants on the prayer for

restoration.

Taking into consideration the cause shown in the application, we

are inclined to restore the appeal to its original number.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and D.B. Civil Special

Appeal Writ No. 926/2008 is restored to its original number subject to

deposit of cost of Rs.500/- to be paid by the applicant in the office of

the Secretary High Court Legal Aid Committee.
