Learned Public Prosecutor submits that as per the factual

report received, the Investigating Agency in pursuance of the

directions issued by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.2,

Bikaner has conducted the investigation and has submitted the

report before the concerned court.

The factual report produced by learned Public Prosecutor is

taken on record.

In view of the factual report, the present petition has

become infructuous.

Accordingly, the misc. petition is dismissed as rendered

infructuous.
