Learned counsel for the appellants stated that after hearing

both the sides and after framing of the substantial questions of

law, the present appeal was admitted on 01.10.2007 by the co-

ordinate Bench of this Court and interim order was also granted till

further orders. Learned counsel further stated that despite of

that, the learned Trial Court issued warrant for possession on

22.10.2021, therefore, an application has been filed on behalf of

the appellants with the prayer that this application may kindly be

allowed and since the stay order dated 01.10.2007 passed by this

Hon'ble Court is still in force, it may kindly be extended till further

orders.

Learned counsel Dr. A.A. Bhansali appearing on behalf of Mr.

S.C. Maloo for the respondent has not opposed the application.

In view of the above, the application is allowed.

Accordingly, effect, operation and execution of the impugned

judgments and decrees dated 11.09.1991 and 20.01.2003 passed

by the Munsif & Judicial Magistrate, Sumerpur in Civil Original Suit

No. 51/1980 (90/1976) and the Additional District Judge, Bali in

Civil Appeal (Decree) No. 20 of 1991 shall remained stayed till

further orders.
