The name of Shri Gorakh Ram has been deleted from the array of respondents because he had passed away even before the Original Application (No.290/00152/1998) came to be decided by the Tribunal vide judgment dated 08.01.2020. Thus, there is no need to bring the LRs of Shri Gorakh Ram on record.

Counsel Shri Dave shall file fresh amended cause title by excluding the name of Shri Gorakh Ram from the array of respondents within two weeks. Name of Shri Kaushik shall henceforth be shown in the cause list as counsel for the other respondents.

List after two weeks.
