The instant leave to appeal has been filed against the
judgment dated 5.4.2019, whereby the learned Special Court,
POCSO Act No.1, Pali in Sessions Case No. 55/2018 (129/2014)
acquitted the accused respondent from offences under Sections
420and 468 IPC and Section 65 of the Information Technology
Act, 2000.
Since, the appellant is complainant in the State case,
hence, there is no need to seek leave to appeal. He has right to
file appeal under the proviso to Section 372 Cr.P.C. This leave to
appeal be treated as an appeal.
Record has been received.
Issue notice to the respondent no.2.
