This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners aggrieved

against non-grant of reservation to the category of sports person

in the advertisement for the post of Librarian Grade III, pursuant

to the Advertisement dated 21.05.2018.

Learned AAG appearing for the respondents submits that in

similar nature writ petition, wherein, the petition was filed

regarding non grant of reservation to divorcee category, a

Coordinate Bench of this Court in Rajeshwari v. State of Rajasthan

(2 of 2) [CW-10917/2021]

& Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10590/2021, came to the

conclusion that the petition suffers from acquiescence more than

laches and refused to grant any indulgence. The present petition

also suffer from the same and, therefore, deserves to be

dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to

distinguish the judgment in the case of Rajeshwari (supra).

In view of the similar fact situation as in the case of

Rajeshwari (supra), the petition filed by the petitioners is

dismissed for similar reasons as indicated in the case of

Rajeshwari (supra).
