Having heard and considered the submissions advanced by

the learned counsel for the appellant and learned Public

Prosecutor and after going through the impugned judgment and

more particularly, the statement of the victim Mst. P (PW.1) and

the evidence of the Medical Officer, we are, at this stage, not

inclined to suspend the sentence awarded to him considering the

nature and gravity of allegations attributed to him. Accordingly,

the instant application for SOS is dismissed.
