Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the respondents have been convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment vide judgment dated 30.07.2011 passed by learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge (Fast Track), Sikar in Sessions Case No.56/09.

Manifestly, in pursuance of the conviction as recorded by the learned Sessions Judge, Sikar, the respondents must be lodged in some prison within the domain of the Rajasthan High Court, Bench Jaipur. Thus, let production warrant be issued against the respondents and shall be provided "Dasti" to the learned Public Prosecutor for execution and production of the respondents in this Court on the next date of hearing.
