No.262/2013 is delayed by 199 days. The application was

preferred way back in the year 2017. No one has appeared to

prosecute the restoration application on a number of dates when

the matter was listed in the Court. The application is not

supported by any application for condonation of delay. Hence, the

same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
